1. What the Service Is

text2.cloud lets you start a conversation with us by sending a text message (SMS) or picture message (MMS) to our number. We reply to continue that conversation, which may include sending a secure link so you can create an account and continue on the web. Depending on what you send, we may analyze your messages and images with automated tools, including artificial intelligence, and reply with results.

We never send the first message. We only reply to people who text us first.

2. SMS Terms: SMS/MMS Messaging Program

2.1 How you opt in. You opt in by sending a text or picture message to +1 (320) 738-2898 or +1 (315) 888-3982. Our numbers may be given to you on a business card or shown at https://text2.cloud. By texting us, you agree to receive reply messages from text2.cloud related to your request.

2.2 What we send. Replies relate only to your own conversation, such as acknowledging your message, sending your results, sending a secure account link, or helping you with a problem. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.

2.3 Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your activity. Typically you will receive one or a few replies for each message you send.

2.4 Costs. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan. We do not charge for messages, but your carrier may.

2.5 Opting out. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out. You can text us again later to start a new conversation.

2.6 Help. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at help@text2.cloud.

2.7 Carriers. Wireless carriers and their affiliates are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to carrier and device availability, coverage, and technical limitations.

2.8 Mobile numbers and privacy. We do not sell or share your mobile phone number, or your text messaging opt-in data, with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details on how information is used and the service providers that help us operate the Service.

3. Secure Links and Accounts

We may reply with a secure link (“magic link”) that lets you create or access an account. Clicking the link and accepting these Terms creates your account. Texting us is consent to receive replies about your request. Creating an account is a separate step.

• Secure links are intended only for you. Do not share them. Anyone with your link may be able to access your account.
• Links may expire. If yours does, text us to request a new one.
• You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your phone secure.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. What You Send Us

4.1 Your content. You keep ownership of the messages, photos, documents, and other content you send (“Your Content”). You give docuCODER a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and analyze Your Content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

4.2 Your responsibility. Only send content you have the right to send. Do not send content that is unlawful, infringing, harmful, or that belongs to someone else without permission.

4.3 Sensitive information. Text messages and photos are not a secure channel. Please do not send information such as Social Security numbers, full payment card numbers, passwords, or other highly sensitive information by text.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, or abusive purposes;
• send spam, malware, or content designed to disrupt the Service;
• attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that are not yours;
• reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service;
• use the Service to send messages to people other than yourself, or impersonate anyone.

We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms or if needed to protect the Service or other people.

6. AI-Generated Results and No Professional Advice

The Service uses automated tools, including artificial intelligence, which can make mistakes, misread images, or produce incomplete or inaccurate results. Results are provided for general informational purposes only. They are not legal, medical, veterinary, financial, or other professional advice, and they are not a guarantee of any price, quality, or outcome. Please verify important information and consult a qualified professional before making decisions based on the Service.

7. Fees

The Service is currently provided free of charge. If we introduce paid features, we will tell you before you are charged, and you will have the choice to accept or decline.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by docuCODER Inc and its licensors and is protected by law. These Terms do not give you any ownership rights in the Service. You may use it only as these Terms allow.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers, such as mobile carriers, messaging platforms, and cloud and AI services. We are not responsible for their availability or conduct. Their own terms may apply to your use of their services.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT MESSAGES WILL ALWAYS BE DELIVERED.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DOCUCODER INC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify docuCODER Inc against claims, damages, and expenses arising from Your Content or your violation of these Terms or applicable law, to the extent permitted by law.

13. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time by replying STOP and, if you created an account, by contacting us at help@text2.cloud to close it. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, including for violating these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version at https://text2.cloud/terms with a new effective date. If changes are material, we will notify you by text reply or in your account where practical. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
